1. Order Processing

1.1. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

1.2. We implement strict quality controls and security measures for all hardware wallets before they are shipped to ensure the integrity and safety of your crypto & NFT assets.

2. Delivery Options

2.1. Standard Shipping: This is our default shipping method. Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days within Germany and 3-5 business days for other European countries.

2.2. Express Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer express delivery which typically arrives within 1-2 business days throughout Europe. Additional fees apply for express shipping.

2.3. International Shipping: For customers outside Europe, we offer international shipping with delivery times typically ranging from 5-10 business days depending on the destination country.

3. Shipping Timeframes

3.1. Germany: 2-3 business days

3.2. European Union: 3-5 business days

3.3. Rest of Europe: 4-7 business days

3.4. International: 5-10 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

4. Tracking Information

4.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4.2. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier's website or our order tracking page.

4.3. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

5. International Shipping

5.1. Customs and Import Duties: When ordering from outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

5.2. Customs Processing: International orders may be subject to customs processing, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes.

5.3. Restricted Countries: Due to security concerns and regulations regarding cryptocurrency hardware devices, we are unable to ship to certain countries. Please contact our customer service team to verify if we ship to your location.

6. Shipping Fees

6.1. Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all orders within Germany and the European Union.

6.2. Express Shipping: Express shipping is available for an additional fee which will be calculated at checkout.

6.3. International Shipping: Shipping fees for international orders outside the European Union vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

7.1. If your shipment is delayed beyond our estimated delivery timeframes, please check the tracking information first to verify its status.

7.2. For shipments that appear to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide appropriate resolution.

7.3. Claims for lost packages must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

8. Damaged Items

8.1. All hardware wallets are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition. Our secure packaging is designed to protect the device during transit.

8.2. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

8.3. Claims for damaged items must be made within 7 days of receipt.

9. Shipping Address

9.1. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order.

9.2. For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. If you need to change your shipping address, you must cancel your order and place a new one.

9.3. We are not responsible for packages delivered to addresses that were incorrectly provided by the customer.

10. Cancellations

10.1. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

10.2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned according to our return policy once received.
